Invoices and payment
How the monthly invoice is issued, which payment methods are accepted, and how long each one takes to confirm.
Dedicated servers are billed monthly, in advance, with no setup fee. An invoice is issued ahead of the renewal date and is visible and payable in the client area.
Payment methods

On a first order, provisioning starts when the payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed. This is what makes card and crypto the fast paths, and it is worth knowing if you are ordering an in-stock configuration and expect it in minutes.
Paying in cryptocurrency
Crypto payments are routed through CryptoNow. You send the amount to the address shown at checkout, and the order moves forward once the network confirms the transaction. You pay the network fee rather than card processing charges. Per-coin detail is on the crypto payment pages.
Note
Send the exact amount, in the coin shown, in a single transaction. A partial payment or a different coin has to be reconciled by hand through a ticket.
Invoices and VAT
Invoices are issued by Bullionet SAS, 16 rue Grange Dame Rose, 78140 Vélizy-Villacoublay, France, and are downloadable as PDF from the client area.
Put your company details and, if you have one, your intra-EU VAT number in the account details before ordering: those fields are what get printed on the invoice. For any question about VAT treatment on a cross-border invoice, open a billing ticket rather than assuming, and see the terms of service.
An unpaid invoice
Renewal notices go to the account contact address. An invoice left unpaid past its due date leads to suspension of the service, then to its termination, per the terms of service. Suspension keeps the data, termination does not.
If a payment is going to be late, say so in a ticket before the due date. A known delay is handled; a silent one runs into the automatic path.
