Services, invoices, payment methods and support tickets all live in the same place: the client area at eclypse.bullionet.com. This section covers what you can do there, how billing works, and what happens when you stop a service.
The short version
- Dedicated servers are billed monthly, with no setup fee and no minimum term.
- An invoice is issued ahead of each renewal date and is payable from the client area.
- Bank card and cryptocurrency are available at any time. Bank transfer and SEPA direct debit are set up on request.
- A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Nothing is charged for stopping.
